There are two contenders for Nanded North seat, so now there is a rift in Maha Vikas Aghadi too

Nanded: A rift has emerged within the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) as both the Congress and Shiv Sena (UBT) candidates filed their nominations for the Nanded (North) assembly seat, with both claiming to be the rightful candidates. Despite belonging to the same alliance, the Congress and Shiv Sena (UBT) have fielded candidates under their respective party symbols.
The Congress has nominated Abdul Sattar for the seat, while Sangeeta Vitthal Patil is contesting on the Shiv Sena (UBT) symbol. Commenting on the situation, Abdul Sattar Abdul Gafoor, Congress candidate from Nanded (North) constituency, said he represents the MVA.
Abdul Sattar's claim
Abdul Sattar said, “I want to thank the Congress party for entrusting me with this responsibility. The leadership has expressed confidence in me and we will campaign on the manifesto of the Congress party. The public support is with the MVA. The Mahayuti government has only made false promises and misled the public. We have many issues to raise against them.…I am the alliance candidate (MVA). Uddhav Thackeray has also issued a letter stating that Patil is not our candidate. I have got the B-form and the public stands with the MVA.” Sangeeta Vitthal Patil is confident of victory
On the other hand, Shiv Sena (UBT) candidate Sangeeta Vitthal Patil confirmed that her party has provided her with a B-form, which officially marks her candidature. We are fully election ready. I have been connecting with the public for many months and I hope to get full support. I had requested both the parties for candidature as I have worked with the Congress for 25 years and my record has been strong. However, Sattar bhai has got the Congress ticket. But she will contest as a real candidate. Sangeeta Vitthal Patil said, "My party has provided me with a B-form and my candidature has been accepted. Now I am committed to contest and win the election."
